When my husband and I were planning our wedding there were a few things that were very important to us and having great food was at the top of the list. Ricardo‘s was recommended to us by our venue, Durali Villa, and we couldn’t be more grateful for that recommendation! Ricardo was amazing to deal with from beginning to end and extremely accommodating with all of our requests. He put together a perfect family style menu as well as a midnight snack. We had a few food allergies that needed to be worked into the meal and he went above and beyond to accommodate those. Not only did he cook an unbelievable meal but Ricardo took the time to stop by each table to ask how the meal was. Every one of our guests raved about the food and especially the pizza! Everything was exceptional and we cannot thank Ricardo enough for that 🙂

Ricardo was the BEST! We had (based on the good reviews) booked him for our wedding in 2020 but that sadly was cancelled due to the pandemic. However, Ricardo put on the most amazing and intimate event for us and some of our wedding party in 2022. He was so kind and personable, and we are still talking about the food weeks later! He served us a 5 course meal that exceeded any expectation. He is so professional and the best at what he does! 12/10, I cannot recommend him high enough.

My husband and I attended a small intimate birthday dinner yesterday. We had absolutely no idea that Ricardo was to be our chef for the evening. There are not sufficient words to express his talent! I am salivating just thinking about the amazing food we were presented with. He worked seamlessly and efficiently in our hosts own kitchen. He took time to give an overview of each dish we were served. Every course from the starter soup (with mouth watering focaccia bread) through to THE best Tiramisu I have ever tasted, was a culinary masterpiece. I highly recommend Ricardo, he also happens to be a super nice guy too!
